High-Energy Ecologically Safe HF/DF Lasers

Explores new principles of Self-Initiating-Volume Discharge (SIVD) for creating high-energy non-chain HF(DF) lasers and creation of efficient lasers with high energy output and radiation power in the spectral region of 2.6-5 µm. Potential applications include remote sensing of the atmosphere, medicine, biological imaging and precision machining.
