Flow Adaptive Schemes

A study in the development of flow adaptive numerical schemes in computational hydraulics directed to enhancing modelling capabilities. It includes examples such as additional flow resistance due to flexible vegetation; one-dimensional supercritical flow; and flow in networks of channels.
