Tietoa kirjasta
Discover the poignant story of "Thabo," written by Janet Hurst-Nicholson and published by Cambridge University Press in 2008. This beautifully illustrated paperback spans 16 pages and captures the essence of childhood innocence and the importance of safety.
At the heart of the narrative is Jake, a baby who resides in a home full of chaos, where his family's distractions put him at risk. As the story unfolds, they only recognize the dangers surrounding him when it's nearly too late. Ultimately, rather than ensuring their environment is safe, they resort to confining Jake in a playpen, raising questions about parental awareness and responsibility.
Perfect for young readers and parents alike, "Thabo" sheds light on crucial themes of safety, awareness, and the true essence of nurturing a child. Explore this touching tale and reflect on what it means to create a safe haven for our little ones.
